Cyclomade^® square and rectangular ducting is manufactured to order, built for performance across a range of commercial and industrial HVAC applications. From carpark exhaust systems and warehouse ventilation to air conditioning risers and dust control systems, our ductwork is designed to meet the specific requirements of your site and your drawings.

Every section is fabricated by our experienced engineering and sheet metal team, using galvanised steel in 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, or 1.2mm thicknesses. Fabrication methods include Pittsburgh seams, with optional TDF flanges in 25mm or 35mm widths to support modular assembly. Larger duct faces are cross-broken where required for added rigidity and strength.

Together with our square and rectangular ducting, Cyclomade^® manufactures transitions from square to round, precision‑fabricated bends, branch take‑offs, round‑to‑round reducers, Y‑pieces, T‑pieces and a wide range of other bespoke fittings. Fabricated from certified Australian galvanised steel and compliant with AS/NZS 1397, Cyclomade^® ducting is engineered for long-term performance in demanding HVAC environments.
