Cyclomade stainless steel flat-profile baffle filters provide durable, reusable grease filtration for commercial kitchen exhaust canopies.
As contaminated air passes through the filter, the arrangement of the baffles forces the airflow to repeatedly change direction. Airborne grease contacts the stainless steel surfaces, where it collects and drains towards the canopy’s grease collection system.
The smooth flat-profile finish provides a clean appearance, while the robust stainless steel construction is suited to frequent removal, washing and reuse in busy commercial kitchens.
