Dispatch & Pick-up Instructions

For collections, enter via the front gate at 75 Northgate Drive, Thomastown. Continue straight along the right-hand driveway. If the boom gate is closed, remain in your vehicle and press the button on the yellow pole for access. Proceed to the second roller door at the rear of the factory for pick-ups and dispatch.

Regional Victoria and Interstate (NSW, QLD, WA, NT, SA, ACT, TAS)

Freight is quoted based on business-to-business delivery unless otherwise specified. Forklift unload only. Hand unload or tailgate services may incur additional surcharges. Residential deliveries may attract further charges on top of the quoted amount.
Insurance is not included. Dangerous goods, perishables, or personal effects are excluded. Any redelivery fees incurred will be invoiced at cost.
We recommend protecting your shipment by obtaining appropriate insurance cover.

Inspect all units on delivery

Before signing for goods, ensure:

The fan neck or base has no visible damage.
The impeller is intact, secure, and rotates freely.
No signs of water exposure are present inside the motor housing.
The junction box is undamaged.

Residential deliveries will automatically include tailgate and pallet jack fees. Third-party freight arrangements will attract a palletisation fee.
